| How to apply Supergloss to a table. Mix equal parts of "A" & "B" in a clean container. Stir well until the 2 components are thoroughly mixed (about 3 minutes) together. Using a natural bristle brush spread the mixed Supergloss over the surface you wish to coat. Since Supergloss is thick and viscous, you can cover the edge as well as the top of your table. Pot life on supergloss is about 9 minutes, so don't take too long in applying it to the surface. Once the Supergloss is in place you must de-bubble it. Using a propane torch, heat gun, hair dryer, or (for small projects) blowing through a straw, process the bubbly Supergloss by heating up the surface with hot moving air. As the air hits the surface of the freshly applied Supergloss, all of the air bubbles will disappear and the surface will smooth out. Keep in a warm, (77F. or better), dust free place for at least 12 hours. The Supergloss will be tack free in about 12 hours and subjected to light use in about 72 hours. |
