2 PART POLYURETHANE POUR FOAM

2 LB. DENSITY POLYETHER FOAM
This hand mix pour foam is rigid and lightweight. 50/50 mix at room temperature will
yield about 1.8 cu. ft. of foam per quart kit. 2 lb. density rigid foam exhibits profound
adhesive properties and is ideal for floatation and insulation. It is best to mix small
batches and pour them one atop another until the desired volume is built up. If you
try to mix a whole quart kit at one time, it's possible to end up with a bucket of foam
in your hand and not on the project. A power mixing blade can be used, but must be
cleaned at once with acetone and solvents. Creme time 30 seconds, Tack Free in
15 minutes.This foam may be colored using IASCO PLASTISOL PIGMENTS.
A quart kit consists of 1 quart EACH "A" & "B"components,
A gallon kit 4 quarts "A" & 4 quarts "B", etc.
Shelf life is greatly reduced (from 2 months) in open cans.
